For the past five years we’ve been collaborating and working closely with our friends at Stockholms Bränneri, and now we finally got the chance to produce our own gin together in their distillery located 500m from NOFO, at Folkungagatan 136A.
NOFO Gin
NOFO Gin – a summery and fresh gin infused with cherry blossoms, black tea and vanilla. The tea is the original ”Söderbladning” blend from The Tea Centre of Stockholm and a natural component of our tribute to Södermalm, while the cherry blossoms are an homage to our dear old tree that is sadly no longer standing in our courtyard. Together with the vanilla, it creates a smooth and tasty gin fit for fun G&Ts, or just as it is with some ice.

The artwork on the NOFO Gin bottle is created by Mathilda Tammemägi, the daughter of our owners. An illustration of our Wine Bar entrance with the beautiful cherry blossom tree.
